Reelsta documentation

Reference documentation for Reelsta: what the product does, what each setting controls, and what to check when something has not happened. It describes the software as it is built rather than as it is advertised.

Getting started with Reelsta

Reelsta is a scheduler that happens to make the videos. You describe a topic once, and from then on the product writes a script, narrates it, generates the visuals, burns in the captions and publishes the finished vertical video to your connected accounts at a time you chose. This page covers the whole arc from signing up to your first published video.

Connecting TikTok, YouTube and Instagram

Publishing requires an authorised connection per platform. Each one is a standard OAuth handoff started from the social accounts screen, but they fail for different reasons and the error you get back is worded generically. This page explains what each platform requires, what the connection badges mean, and how to read a connection that did not take.

How series and scheduling work

A series is the recurring unit of the product, and its schedule is derived rather than drawn. You choose one publish time and a timezone; your plan decides how far apart the appointments fall. Understanding that division explains most of what people find surprising about when videos appear.

Read

Every setup option, explained

This is a reference rather than a walkthrough: what each of the eight setup steps asks for, exactly which options exist behind it, and which answers you can revise afterwards. Five steps require an answer and three can be skipped.

Why a video did not post

Most videos that have not published are waiting rather than broken, and the status badge tells you which. This page walks the causes in the order they are worth checking, separates what Reelsta retries on its own from what genuinely needs you, and flags the one action people take that quietly costs them a video from their monthly quota.

Where to start

If you are setting up

Read Getting started for the shape of the whole thing, then Connecting accounts before you try to authorise Instagram — it has a requirement that catches most people once.

If something has not posted

Go straight to Why a video did not post. Most videos that have not published are waiting rather than broken, and the status badge tells you which in one glance.

If you are deciding what to pick

The setup options reference lists every style, voice, language and toggle, and marks which answers you can revise later and which are one-time choices.

Two conventions run through all of it. Where a number is stated — 14 art styles, 15 languages, a six-hour build lead — it is the number the product uses, not a rounded one. And where Reelsta cannot do something, the page says so plainly instead of routing around it.

What this documentation does not cover

Reelsta makes no representation about audience growth, views or income, and nothing in these pages should be read as one. What the product does is produce and publish videos on a schedule; how any given account performs is outside our control and outside this documentation.

For billing questions, plan changes and refunds, use support rather than these pages.
