Series & Content

What is a Series?
A Series is an automated content pipeline that generates and publishes AI videos on a schedule. You pick a niche, art style, caption style, and voice - Reelsta handles the rest. For example, you could create a "Scary Stories" series that auto-posts a new video to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube every day at 9 PM. Each series can connect to one account per platform.
Can I create videos in any niche?
Yes! Choose from five curated niches - Scary Stories, History, True Crime, Stoic Motivation, and Good Morals - or write a custom prompt to describe your own topic. Custom prompts give you full control over what each video covers.
How do custom prompts work?
When you enter a custom prompt (e.g., "Discuss an interesting fact about ancient Rome"), each new video follows that theme while avoiding duplicate content from previous videos. Want variety within a category? Make the prompt broader - like "Share a little-known story from world history" - and each video will cover a different topic within that theme.
Are the videos unique?
Every single video is generated fresh using AI - the script, images, voiceover, and captions are all unique. Even if two series share the same niche, no two videos will ever be identical. This is not a template library; it's generative AI creating original content every time.
Can I replace a series with a new one?
Absolutely. You can delete any series and create a new one with a different niche, style, or schedule at any time.
Do I own the videos?
Yes. Every video Reelsta generates is yours. Download them, post them anywhere, repurpose them, or sell them to clients - there are zero restrictions on what you can do with your content.

Creating Videos

How do I create a video?
Reelsta is built for automation. You create a Series with your chosen niche, art style, voice, and schedule - then Reelsta generates and publishes videos automatically. Your first video begins processing as soon as your series is set up.
How long does it take to generate a video?
Most videos are generated within 3-5 minutes. During peak hours it may take slightly longer. Regardless, your video will always be ready at least 6 hours before your designated posting time so you can review and approve it if you'd like. If you prefer a fully hands-off experience, just enable auto-posting and we'll handle everything for you.
How many videos can I create?
The number of videos you can create depends on your subscription package. There's no hard limit on what you can achieve - you can always upgrade your plan to run more series and generate more content. The more you grow, the more Reelsta grows with you.
Can I adjust the video length?
All Reelsta videos are generated at 60+ seconds - the minimum threshold required for monetization eligibility on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels. You can fine-tune length by editing your script before publishing.
Can I edit a video after it's generated?
You can edit the script, title, and background music before a video is scheduled to post. If you're not happy with the visual output, you can regenerate the video with different settings.
What video formats and dimensions are supported?
All videos are generated in 1080×1920 (9:16 portrait) at 30fps in MP4 format - optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Does the platform support multiple languages?
Yes! Reelsta supports 15 languages: English, German, Chinese, French, Spanish, Korean, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Hebrew, Japanese, Russian, Polish, and Dutch. Your scripts, voiceover, and captions are all generated in your chosen language.

Publishing & Socials

What social media platforms do you support?
We support auto-posting to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels - and more platforms are coming! Each series can connect to one account per platform, and all three can run simultaneously.
How do I connect my social media accounts?
Go to Settings → Social Accounts and click "Connect" next to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Follow the authorization prompts to link your account.
Can I post to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. Each series can publish to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts simultaneously. Connect your accounts and Reelsta handles cross-posting automatically.
Can I schedule posts for specific times?
Yes. When creating your series, choose your posting days and preferred times. Reelsta publishes automatically according to your schedule.
Why did my post fail to publish?
Publishing can occasionally fail if your social media profile connection experienced an issue or the platform itself is having problems. Try reconnecting your account in Settings → Social Accounts. If the issue persists, contact us at support@reelsta.com and we’ll investigate it for you.
Why am I not getting many views?
If your videos are getting very few views, the platform's algorithm may have flagged your account as automated. This is common with new accounts that post immediately without prior engagement. To fix it: (1) Warm up your account for at least 48 hours before auto-posting - like, comment, follow, and watch content. (2) If already suppressed, pause posting for 2-3 days and use the account normally. (3) Start with 1 post per day, then gradually increase. (4) Try manually uploading a couple of videos first to rebuild trust with the algorithm.

Plans & Billing

How does the membership work?
Reelsta offers three subscription tiers - Hobby ($19/mo), Daily ($39/mo), and Pro ($69/mo). Each tier unlocks more series, higher video limits, and additional features like auto-posting and priority rendering. Save up to 48% by choosing annual billing.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial. However, you can go through the full setup wizard and preview your series configuration before subscribing - so you'll see exactly what you're getting before you pay.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel at the click of a button from Settings → Subscription. We hate services that make it hard to leave. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, no questions asked.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. All Reelsta subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades apply right away — you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your cycle, and your renewal date doesn’t move. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything you’ve paid for, and you can undo a scheduled downgrade any time before it happens.
Can I upgrade to have more series?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock more series slots and higher video limits. Each plan tier gives you more capacity, so you can scale your content output as your channels grow. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the high cost of AI video generation (GPU processing, image rendering, voiceover synthesis, cloud compute, storage, and bandwidth), all sales are final. These costs are incurred immediately when your videos are generated, and our upstream providers do not allow us to reclaim them. You agree to this during sign-up. However, you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Account & Troubleshooting

I can't log in to my account
Try resetting your password via the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you still can’t access your account, email support@reelsta.com and we’ll help you recover it.
The app is loading slowly or not working
This is extremely rare - we actively monitor our infrastructure and perform regular maintenance to ensure a smooth experience. If you’re experiencing issues, try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or switching to a different browser. If the problem persists, reach out to support@reelsta.com with your browser name and version and we’ll look into it right away.
How do I update my email address?
Go to Settings → Account → Email. Enter your new email address and confirm the change via the verification link we send.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing privacy@reelsta.com. Please be aware: this action is permanent and irreversible. All your videos, series, settings, and data will be permanently deleted. Your subscription will be cancelled and you will lose complete access. There is no way to recover your account or content after deletion.
Are there any content restrictions?
Your safety and trust matter to us. Reelsta has multiple layers of content guardrails built into our AI pipeline to prevent the generation of harmful, explicit, or inappropriate material. That said, no AI system is perfect - you are ultimately responsible for reviewing your content before publishing. Intentionally generating harmful, illegal, or misleading content is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Invoices are automatically sent to your email after each payment. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
