Refund Policy

Overview

Reelsta offers two types of products: recurring video generation subscriptions and a one-time Monetize masterclass & premium resources purchase. Each has a separate refund policy outlined below.

Video Generation Subscriptions (Non-Refundable)

Due to the high cost of AI video generation — including GPU processing, image rendering, voiceover synthesis, cloud compute, storage, and bandwidth — all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. These costs are incurred on our end the moment your videos are generated and cannot be recovered.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately upon payment and that each video generated consumes real computational resources that we pay for in advance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

Monetize Masterclass & Premium Resources (14-Day Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our Monetize masterclass and premium resource materials. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — provided you meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completed the material. You must have watched or read the modules and resources in full. We can verify completion through your account activity.
  • Taken action. You must have genuinely implemented the strategies taught — not simply watched the content passively.
  • Documented your efforts. You must submit evidence of the steps you took: screenshots of your channel setup, content posted, outreach sent, affiliate links placed, or other relevant proof of implementation.
  • Not seen results. Despite completing the material and taking action, you have not achieved any measurable progress toward the outcomes described.

This policy exists because the strategies we teach work — but only if you actually use them. We want every customer to succeed, and we also want to protect the value of our material from casual refund requests.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request for the Monetize masterclass or premium resources, email us at hi@reelsta.com within 14 days of your purchase with the following:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • A summary of the steps you took and strategies you implemented
  • Screenshots or other documentation proving your efforts
  • A brief explanation of why the material did not work for you

Our team will review your request within 5 business days. If your request meets all the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honored. Requests that do not include adequate documentation of completion and implementation will be denied. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where account activity indicates the material was not completed or no genuine effort was made.
